摘 要:随着先进教育理念的大量涌现,现有的教育教学方式,人类思维模式和学习的组织形式在发生着深刻的变革,这一改变与由应试传统带来的僵化的实验教学方法之间的矛盾日益凸显。在这样的背景下,高分子化学实验作为一门专业实验必修课,必须确立培养学生综合能力、批判思维、灵活运用的教学理念,以及个性化多样性的培养模式,从而激发学生的专业志趣和创新灵感。在此基础上,我们构建了立体的课程体系,将原本孤立的单元教学成功地按照相关性穿插起来;设计了由基础实验派生,过渡到自主探究型实验的多样化教学内容;采用了以学生为主体,鼓励挑战和质疑的创新型教学思维;融入了工程伦理和社会担当的职业道德培养理念。努力形成培养未来社会的引领者、创新者和建设者的土壤和环境。With the bloom of modern education concepts,a wide-ranging and deep-going revolution of teaching methods,mindsets and organizational form of study is in progress,which plays against the rigescent tradition in experimental teaching brought by the long-term exam-oriented education.Under this condition,it is quite necessary to confirm the flexible teaching principle focused on comprehensive ability,critical thinking and versatile cultivating modes,based on which we can motivate the professional interests and innovative inspiration of the students in experiments of polymer chemistry.With these concepts,we constructed the multi-level curriculum system,reconnecting the teaching units according to the correlation,and expanded the fundamental experiments with more exploration capability.In our experimental teaching practice,all the students were encouraged to adopt the spirits of question and challenge as the dominant roles.Furthermore,the ideas of engineering ethics and professional ethics were also introduced to fertilize the earth of cultivating the leaders,innovator and constructors of the future.
