摘 要:为了实现电子封装和SMT技术中的高精度非接触式点胶,设计了一种基于液压放大原理将压电叠堆输出位移放大的压电喷射点胶阀。首先通过建立喷射点胶模型,并利用FLUENT模拟分析影响撞针撞向喷嘴时产生的速度与压力分布的参数;然后通过改变不同边界条件可得到撞击速度、胶液黏度与供胶压力等参数对喷射点胶的影响规律;最后搭建测试平台并实验结果表明喷射点胶精度与上述参数之间是密切相关的。实验选用黏度为500~3 500 MPa·s的环氧树脂分别进行点胶性能测试,结果显示当供胶气压为0.2 MPa,方波驱动电压为110 V(高电平5 ms,低电平5 ms),胶液粘度为3 500 MPa·s时,采用该喷射点胶阀结构可喷射出最小胶点体积为0.24μL,且胶点一致性可达6.62%。To achieve the high precision non-contact dispensing in the technology of electronic packaging and SMT,a piezoelectric jetting valve was designed,which utilizes the hydraulic amplifier principle to amplifying the output displacement of piezo-stack. Firstly,jetting dispensing model was set up,and the factors affecting the velocity and pressure distribution generated by the needle crashing into the nozzle were analyzed by FLUENT software. Then,the relations among the jetting dispensing precision and striking velocity,adhesive viscosity and pressure of supplying adhesive can be obtained by changing different boundary conditions. Finally,the experiment test system was set up,and the result showed that the jetting dispensing precision is closely relative to above factors. Choosing the epoxy viscosity ranges from 500 to 3 500 MPa·s,dispensing properties were tested,and the test results showed that when the pressure of supplying adhesive is 0. 2 MPa,square-wave driving voltage 110 V( up level 5 ms,low level 5 ms),the adhesive viscosity 3 500 MPa·s,droplets of minimum volume 0. 24 μL could be obtained using the jetting valve system and conformity error is about 6. 62%.
