摘 要:家族企业管理理论认为,当企业有关系型交易特征时,企业的关系网有助于提升绩效。以企业生命周期为视角,运用理论模型和实证分析,对中国家族企业内外关系网与企业绩效的关系进行检验。检验结果表明,在成长期和衰退期,家族企业内部关系网对绩效的贡献超过了外部关系网,而成熟期的结论刚好相反。虽然企业制度的规范化在一定程度上完善了家族企业的经营管理,但是在实际执行过程中,关系网络获取资源的能力对企业绩效还是有实质性作用的。That family firm management theory holds that when firms have a relational transactioncharacteristics, firms??relationship networks will help to improve the performance. This paper discusses therelationship between internal and external relationship networks of family firms and firm performance fromthe perspective of enterprise life cycle, by using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.Theoretical model analyzes the cyclical changes of family firms ??relationship networks, empirical partexamines the impact of cyclical changes of firms relationship networks on firm performance. The empiricalanalysis of internal and external relationship networks of listed family business supports this view. Thestudy shows that, in the growth and recession period, the contribution of family firms??internal relationshipnetworks to firm performance exceeded external relationship networks, exactly the opposite of theconclusion during the maturity period. Standardized enterprise system perfects the management of familyfirms, but relationship networks which can access resources have substantial effect on firm performance inthe specific operation.
