摘 要:为了提升铁路客车空调的舒适度,本文针对铁路客车空调系统的大滞后、非线性等特点,将模糊控制和PID控制相结合,提出一种模糊自整定PID控制方法,通过模糊控制规则实现PID控制器参数的在线整定,优化控制效果。利用Matlab11.0/Simulink建立仿真模型,针对铁路客车空调系统进行了仿真和分析。仿真结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制方法相比传统PID控制方法以及模糊控制方法,有着更小的超调量和更快的调节时间,对于波动的鲁棒性能更优,获得良好的控制性能。In view of the shortages of the train air conditioning system such as big inertia and nonlinearity,a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was proposed to improve the comfort of railway air conditioning system,which combined the fuzzy control with PID control theory. Different from the conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller,it realized the PID parameters self-tuning online,which was based on the conventional PID controller and proceed corresponding fuzzy reasoning. Then,established the simulate model of railway air conditioning system in the Matlab11.0/Simulink environment,the result showed that the proposed method has the advantages of shorter adjusting time,quicker responding speed and better robustness than the conventional PID control method and the fuzzy control method. The self-tuning PID controller has good control effectiveness.
