校企合作培养软件外包紧缺人才的实践与探索

摘　　要：校企合作共同完成软件服务外包人才培养,共同参与大学生的学历教育过程,共同培养与企业需求相适应的社会紧缺软件人才,是国家促进高校计算机专业教育转型的重要举措。笔者以三江学院计算机科学与工程学院、软件学院在专业共建和专题实践短训班两种人才培养模式的实践为依据,探讨了校企如何合作改革软件人才培养模式,构建工程实践课程体系,建设双师型师资队伍,加强软件人才培养质量监控,为社会培养满足企业需要的软件外包紧缺人才。The training of software talents through the cooperation of university and enterprise both involving in the undergraduate program of cultivating the software talents urgently needed by enterprises is an important reform measure taken by the state to promote the computer science education transformation. Taking the two models of talent training in Sanjiang University—joint specialty construction and topic- and practice- based short- term training class—as examples,the present paper deals with how university and enterprise reform jointly the training models of software talent training,construct the engineering practice course system,build up double competency teaching staff,strengthen the supervision over the talent training quality,and turn out the urgently needed software outsourcing talents for enterprises.
