实践教学的体系化建设研究——以安徽财贸职业学院工商管理专业人才培养模式为例

摘　　要：实践教学是目前高职院校人才培养的主要教改思路,安徽财贸职业学院工商管理专业多年来在实践教学方面进行了深入地研究,提出了实践教学体系化改革的新模式。笔者以安徽财贸职业学院工商管理专业为例介绍了实践教学体系化结构并论述了体系化建设的意义和实施效果,意图为创新高职院校人才培养模式提供新的思路。Practice teaching is the main target of reform in talents cultivation at higher vocational colleges,and has been conducted for many years in Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College,leading to a new reform mode of practice teaching system. This paper introduces in detail the structure of practice teaching system and discusses the significance and effect of the construction of practice teaching system,and offers some new ideas for talents cultivation modes in higher vocational colleges.
