摘　　要：文中针对素质教育与就业指导方面进行分析,提出了素质教育与就业指导两者对大学生的教育与社会需求中的重要关系,为高校人才培养提供了有参考价值的理论依据。The article makes an analysis of quality education and employment guidance, pointing out that they are two important factors in the relationship between education of students and social need.The article aims to provide some useful theoretical guidance to the training of university students.
