从教改的视角解读“3+1”办学模式培养优秀工程技术人才的成功经验——以东南大学无锡分校办学初期的教改实践为例

摘　　要：东南大学无锡分校紧密结合科研生产实际,锐意改革,探索教育、科研、生产联合体的新的办学模式,是我国高等学校体制改革的一种新尝试。当前,我国正处于工业化进程的中期,走新型工业化道路,全面提高国际竞争力,要求培养和造就一大批创新能力强,适应我国经济发展所需要的各类工程技术人才。教育部决定实施"卓越工程师培养计划",走建设中国模式的工程教育之路。东南大学无锡分校的办学经验值得我们借鉴。A brand-new program mode integrating teaching with research and production is being practiced on the Wuxi Campus,Southeast University,representing a new orientation for tertiary education in China.At present,for the purpose of raising the international competiveness to a higher level,China,at the stage of middle industrialization,is actualizing a new-type of industrialization.More engineers and technicians with innovative talent for different fields are urgently needed for accomplishing such a herculean cause.This accounts for the establishment of the MOE’s "Distinguished Engineers Training Program",a China’s own mode of engineers education.The practice of such a program on the Wuxi Campus bears a lot of implications for other colleges and universities as well as for further research.
