摘　　要：文章针对构建产、学、研办学模式,对培养应用型人才进行研究,分析了在人才培养中采用产学研合作办学模式的重要性。通过课程体系的构建、培养过程的管理、教学方法的改进、毕业设计的实施等环节的改革,为培养适应社会需求的应用型人才具有一定的现实意义。This paper analyzes the necessity of building a model of combining teaching with research and production which aims at the training of capable persons.By the building of curriculum system,management of the training process,improvement of teaching meth- ods,and graduation design,eligible talented personnel can be cuhivated.
