试论高职院校创新工场的育人功能

摘　　要：高职院校创新工场不但具有创新功能、推动地方经济建设功能,还具有培育创新创业人才的育人功能。在依托校内创新工场培育创新创业人才中,应充分发挥创新工场的"创新创业平台优势、创新项目产业优势、创新工场的企业优势、创新与创业孵化的政策优势、校企合作的渠道优势、产教融合的内容优势",不仅能够更好地培养学生的新创业能力,养成创新创业素质,而且有利于企业尤其是小微企业的生存发展,有利于推动产教融合。The innovation workshop in higher vocational colleges not only has the function of innovation and promotion of local economic construction, but also the function of cultivation of innovative talents. Relying on the innovation workshop to cultivate innovative talents, colleges shall make full use of its advantages, i.e., platform advantage of establishing business, industrial advantage of innovation project, enterprise advantage of the workshop, policy advantage of incubation, channel advantage of school-enterprise cooperation and content advantage of productioneducation integration. It can not only better prepare the students for their entrepreneurial ability,develop innovative and pioneering quality, but is also beneficial to the survival and development of local small and micro enterprises and promotes the production-education integration in vocational colleges.
