摘　　要：明确教学管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,其管理模式也由"刚性"转向"柔性"。只有具备良好的思想意识、心理素质、业务能力和创新精神的管理人员才能更快适应全新管理模式,探讨在人性化管理的过程中如何注入情感交流、善解人意、妥善处事、灵活创新的艺术手法。Teaching management is an important part of management in colleges and universities. With the advance of higher education reform, the idea of educational management should change from'hardness'management to'softness'management.It discusses the managers who possess better ideology,mentality,professional ability and innovative spirit are required under the new mode of administration.The artistry of how to impregnate share feelings with mental understanding,appropriate manners and flexible innovation during the humanistic management is explored.
