摘　　要：目的　探讨STR多态性分析用于葡萄胎受精类型鉴别的可行性。方法　用 9个位点 (F1 3A0 1、FESFPS、VWA、CSF1P0、TPOX、TH0 1、D1 6S5 39、D7S82 0、D1 3S31 7)复合STR -PCR方法对 4 7例葡萄胎病例进行分析 ,对比葡萄胎遗传带纹和男女双方的关系 ,鉴别葡萄胎的受精类型。结果　DNA完全来自父方的葡萄胎(遗传学完全性葡萄胎 ) 33例 ,其中单精子受精的 (纯合性葡萄胎 )为 2 5例 ,双精子受精的 (杂合性葡萄胎 ) 8例 ;DNA来自双亲的葡萄胎 (遗传学部分性葡萄胎 ) 1 4例 ,均为双精子受精。结论　STR多态性分析可以运用于葡萄胎的受精类型鉴别 ,而且具有简便快捷等优势 。Objective To Investigate the feasibility of short tandem repeats (STR)polymorphisms in determination of fertilization types of hydatidiform moles (HM).Methods All 47 HM specimens were examined by multiplex STR-PCR (9 loci)and DNA bands from HM were compared to the couples' to determining the fertilization types.Results DNA from only paternal origin was 33,in which empty egg fertilized by single sperm were 25 and by double sperms were 8;DNA from both parents were 14,all of them were with normal maternal genetics material fertilized by double sperms.Conclusion Multiplex STR polymorphisms analysis can be applied in identification of HM's fertilization types.
