摘 要:运用计算软件ANSYS,采用围岩—结构模式,对TBM施工隧道仰拱预制块进行模拟动态施工的受力计算研究。计算结果表明,围岩初始应力场对仰拱受力有明显影响,随着竖向压力的增大,仰拱中心的内、外侧应力均增大;随着水平压力的增大,仰拱中心内侧应力减小、外侧应力基本不变;减小复合衬砌结构中初期支护厚度以及变刚性接头为柔性接头均会改善仰拱受力。试验数据对受力计算结果的验证表明,计算所得仰拱内力分布及变化趋势与试验结果一致。A simulation of dynamic forces acting on invert prefabricates in TBM construction tunnel is made with surrounding rock-structure model by using ANSYS software. The calculation results indicate that the initial stress field of surrounding rock has an obvious influence on the force acting on the invert. Both the internal and external stresses at the center of the invert increase with the increase of vertical (compression); and the internal stress decreases while the external stress remain basically unchanged with the increase of the horizontal (compression). Reducing the first support size in the composite lining or changing the rigid connection to a flexible one improves the stress conditions of the invert prefabricate. And the calculation results are verified with the test data, which indicate that the internal stress distribution and development trends are consistent with each other.
