摘　　要：目的:观察4～30岁青少年儿童角膜内皮细胞的密度和形态特点及内皮细胞随年龄变化的规律.方法:应用非接触型角膜内皮细胞显微镜进行观察.结果:随年龄增长,角膜内皮细胞密度降低,细胞面积增大,变异系数增大,六边形细胞百分率减少;年龄和各形态参数间存在高度相关性:细胞密度和六边形细胞百分率与年龄呈负相关,而平均细胞面积和变异系数与年龄呈正相关;内皮细胞密度与六边形细胞百分率呈负相关.结论:青少年儿童随着年龄的增长,角膜内皮细胞将发生一系列规律性变化.AIM: To observe the cell density and morphometric characteristics of corneal endothelia in 4-30 years old children and youngsters and to estimate the changes in corneal endothelia during this period.· METHODS: Non-contact corneal endothelium specula-microscopy was applied in the observation.· RESULTS: The average cell density and the percentage of the hexagonal cell of endothelia decreased while the average cell area and the coefficient of variation increased with age. There was significant correlation between age and morphometric parameters, i.e. positive correlation with the mean cell area and coefficient of variation, negative correlation with the cell density and the percentage of hexagonality. There was also negative correlation between the average cell density and the percentage of hexagonality.· CONCLUSION: Corneal endothelium regularly changes with age during childhood and youngster period.
