摘　　要：目的　研究红花水提取物的毒性大小。方法　用红花水煎液进行了急性毒性、小鼠骨髓微核、TK基因突变、体外细胞毒性和Ames试验。结果　红花的LD50 >88 8g/kgBW ,属无毒物 ,对CHO和CHL的IC50 分别为 6 0 7mg/ml和 6 6 5mg/ml(生药终浓度 ) ,遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性 ,2 2 2 0mg/皿剂量的红花对TA98、TA10 0和TA10 2均有明显抑制细菌生长的作用。结论　红花水提取物对正常细胞有一定的毒性 ,但有抑制细菌生长的作用 。To study the acute safety and the heritable safety of the crude extract from carthamus tinctorius L..Crude extract was obtained from dried carthamus tinctorius L. with water.Weaning KM mice were treated by the oral rout with the dose 44.4g/kgBW of extract for twice a day(gavages volume is 0.4ml/20gBW)to observe the Acute safety.No death occurred and not any toxic symptom showed in all mice. The LD 50 in twosex mice is lager then 88.8g/kgBW.TK gene mutation test,mice bone marrow micronucleus test and ames test were performed to observe the heritable safety.All heritable safety tests showed no mutation effect.In vitro cytogenesis test showed the IC 50 of CHO and CHL is 6.07mg/ml and 6.65mg/ml respectively.The ames test showed that the level of 222.0g/kgBW of the carthamus tinctorius L. inhibit the growth of bacteria significantly.
