摘　　要：高校思政教育工作是高校教育中不可缺少的重要组成部分。在新形势下 ,根据当今大学生的特点 ,对高校思政教育工作进行一些改革和创新是必要的。我们要精心建设校园文化 ,通过教书与育人的有机结合 ,最终形成自己的“大学精神”。Ideological and political work is an indispensable part of a university education. Universities should introduce reforms and innovations in their ideological and political work to better suit the needs of the new era and today’s students, thus creating their unique “university spirit” through cultural building and education.
