摘　　要：我国部分省区的教育行政部门和学校在收费问题上已经开始了听证的实践。将听证制度引入教育行政领域,将有助于增强社会成员的民主法制意识,调动公民主动关注、参与教育的积极性,推动教育公平、教育廉政、教育改革的健康发展。The hearing system has recently been put into practice in some provinces of China's education administration. Although it just limits on administrative penalty and price, the introduction of hearing system into Chinese education administration will undoubtedly strengthen the citizens' democratic &legislative consciousness, motivate them to concern with and involve in Chinese education positively and propel the sound development of educational equity, honesty and reform.
