新形势下“高职”学生教育管理工作的思考

摘　　要：本文从管理模式、思想政治教育、文化素质教育、学生自信心培养、抗挫折能力培养、学生管理者队伍的建设几个方面说明管理的科学性、系统性 ,对高职学生教育管理工作的重要影响 ,针对学生管理工作的现状及所面临的形势 ,为保证学生培养的质量 ,进一步阐述了当前高职学生管理工作面临的机遇和挑战。This paper indicates the science and system of the management from several aspects as follows: the management mode, ideology education, culture and quality education, students confidence training, which will contribute greatly to the work of the high vocational students' educational management. In allusion to the actuality of the management and the situation to be faced, and to ensure the quality of the training, the paper makes a further discussion of the opportunity and challenge of the work of students' educational management of today.
