摘　　要：大学生择业在竞争日益激烈的现代社会越来越困难,女大学生更是如此,要想顺利择业,女大学生就要在充分了解社会现状,理性分析就业市场的前提下,作好各方面的准备工作,充分发挥自身的优势,才能谋求一份比较理想的工作。It is more and more difficult for the undergraduates, particularly the female ones, to seek jobs in such intense competitions of modern society. In order to seek the jobs smoothly, the female undergraduates should understand the current situation of the society, rationally analyze the market and make full preparations for their future. They should also give full play to their own advantages, so as to seek a satisfactory job.
