摘  要:本实验观察全脑缺血大鼠缺血期与再灌流期海马组织多胺与EAA的含量变化,结果发现再灌流期腐胺含量增高,EAA释放增加,采用EAA的NMDA受体拮抗剂MK-801可使增高的腐胺降低,表明多胺代谢紊乱与EAA释放密切相关,多胺代谢又受MNDA受体的调节,多胺与EAA在缺血性脑损伤中共同起着重要的作用。The dynamic changes of the contents of polyamines and excitatory amino acid in the hippocampus during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were observed in rats.It was found that the content of putrescine was increased and the release of excitatory amino acid elevated during reperfusion,and the increase of putrescine could be stopped when the antagonist of NM-DA receptor of excitatory amino acid,that is,MK-801,was administered.These facts suggest that the metabolic disturbance of polyamines in closely related to the release of excitatory amino acid and modulated by NMDA receptors.The combination of polyamines with excitatory amino acid may play an important role in the ischemic damage of the brain.
