摘　　要：煤矿工人清除体表煤屑、泥沙和油污的劳保用品,历来主要靠肥皂洗涤,虽有效果,但缺点不少,希望有新产品取代.作者近年从化学角度筛选清除煤屑、泥沙和油污的洗涤剂研究,先后从10多种单方和配方中选出“CC-162”,“CP-1”及“CA-87”3个配方,在有关单位协助下进行反复实践与改进试验,证明它们去除皮肤上蜂窝煤屑和去除含机油煤屑的时间都在10 s内一次洗净,而肥皂则需40 s方能洗净,较肥皂缩短3/4.对人体无毒副作用,颇受矿工们的欢迎.Soap has always been used to wash the coal dust and dirt off the coal miners body surface. Because of its disadvantages, it has been expected that some new products will substitute it. Helped by organizations concerned, the author has recently carried out, from the chemical point of view, a drug research on screening of substances for washing away the coal dust and dirt. Three prescriptions, CC-162, CP-1 and CA-87, were successively chosen from among more than 10 simple recipes and prescriptions for repeated experiments and modifications. These lotions could be used to wash away the coal dust and dirt rapidly and completely. It has been proved that these lotions can wash away the honey-comb coal dust and the coal dust mixed with engine oil in 10 s, one fourth the time needed when soap is used. Being effective in prevention and treatment of skin diseases as well, and having no toxity for human body, they have been well received as detergents by coal miners.
