My Views on Intension Promoting of Newly-Built Colleges Universities

摘　　要：文章认为,新建本科院校要实现内涵升本,首先须明确本科层次人才的使用规格和具体规范;其次要正确处理高等学校三大职能之间的关系,全面体现高等学校的三大职能;再次要努力营造一个以学术文化为核心的健康的校园文化环境,把人们的价值观从"官本位"导向"学本位"。This paper considers that the newly-built colleges and Universities of undergraduate course will bring about intension Promoting, firstly, must be explicit about the utilizing specifications and concrete standard of undergraduate course talent of administrative levels; secondly, should deal correctly with the relationship between the three main functions at colleges and Universities and embody the three main functions at colleges and Universities in an overall way; and then should make great efforts to construct a healthy campus culture circumstance focusing on the core of learning and culture and guide the people's concept of value from 'official standard' to 'learning standard'.
