摘　　要：着重介绍《新建时速 2 0 0公里客货共线铁路设计暂行规定》(以下简称《暂规》)中 3个主要线路平面设计标准的拟定原则 ,计算方法和参数选择的思路。《暂规》期望 ,这些思路有助于提高线路平面质量 ,使线路有可能达到“少维修”的水平 ,从而满足新建时速 2 0 0km客货共线铁路安全。An introduction is given to principles for determining three primary line plan design standards in Interim Design Provisions for a New 200 km/h Mixed Passenger and Freight Railway (the Interim Provisions), and thoughtway for computation method and parameter selection. The Interim Provisions are expected to improve the line plan quality and reduce maintenance, thus meet the requirement for safety, riding comfort, and non-interrupted operation.
