摘  要:医院后勤服务社会化改革是社会主义市场经济条件下,促进医院后勤生产部门有效利用有限资源,提高工作效率,保证服务质量,实现人员合理分流的有效途径。营养食堂纳入社会化后勤服务管理体系后,医院治疗膳食的质量如何保证?营养科、营养食堂与临床科室之间的工作流程和操作规程如何确定?营养专业人员如何开展工作?其影响因素有哪些?这些都是迫切需要解决的理论和实践问题。本文就以上问题对医院后勤服务社会化改革后营养食堂管理模式的转变进行了初步的探讨和分析。In socialist marketing economic condition, socialization of hospital's logistics service is an effective way for hospital's logisticsservice to effectively use limited resources, promote work efficiency, guarantee service quality and rationally arrange staff. How to guarantee thequality of nutrition canteen management after socialization of hospital's logistics service? How to determine the working process and rules betweendepartment of nutrition, nutrition canteen and clinical department? How to carry out work for nutrition professionals? What are the influentialfactors? All of these are the issues should be resolved urgently both theatrically and in practice. Aiming at the above-mentioned issues, the articleinitially explores and analyzes the changing pattern for nutrition canteen management after socialization of hospital's logistics service.
