摘　　要：回顾了新形势下我国高等职业教育的现状,展望了新世纪高等职业教育对铸造模具人才培养现状与发展走向,并从突出技能培养,办出高职特色,抓好教学手段现代化,加强师资队伍建设三个方面对如何办好高等职业教育对铸模人才培养进行了探讨。This paper reviewed the actuality about the high vocational education of our country in the new position. The cultivation actuality and developing trends about the foundry mould talents in the new century were also expected. The problems about how to cultivate the foundry mould talents were discussed from three parts-giving prominence to the skilled cultivation, developing the feature of high vocation and mastering the modernization of teaching measures.
