实习护生在手术室实习期间利器损伤的原因调查及防护

摘　　要：目的 :为了解实习护生在手术室实习期间发生利器损伤的发生率、损伤的原因及环节 ,探讨防范措施。方法 :采用问卷调查的方法 ,对广东医学院不同层次的本科生 12名、大专生 5名、中专生 133名的实习护生 ,在手术室实习 4个星期的实习期间发生利器损伤的情况进行问卷调查。结果 :发生利器伤 98人次 ,发生率为 6 5 .3% ,其中 6 1.2 %被污染手术刀或缝针损伤 ,没有一人在损伤后进行血液检测 ,导致实习护生被利器损伤的原因为缺乏防止利器损伤的规范程序 ,缺少相关内容的岗前培训 ,工作不熟练 ,操作不规范 ,工作紧张 ,利器用后处理不当等。结论 :建立全面防护及岗前职业安全教育 ,增强防护意识 ,加强安全操作技能训练 。Objective To understand the reason why practice nurses were scathed in operating room and study preventative measure.Methods 12 undergraduates,5 junior college students and 133technical school students in Guangdong Medical College were investigated by questionnaire regarding trauma by edge tool to themselves ovet four-week-long practice in operating room.Results Trauma by edge tool was 98 person-times,the rate was 65.3 %,thereinto,61.2 %were injured by contaminated scalpels or acus.No one was tested by drawing blood specimen after injury.The cause leda to injury to practice nurse by edge tool included the absence of criterion of preventing trauma and correlative pre-job training,inexperience of work,inexact operation,tense work and incorrect disposition of edge tool.Conclusion In order to reduce the rate of injure by edge tool in operating room,We should set up comprehensive security education of pre-job training and strengthen protective consciousness and technical training of safety operation.
