摘　　要：简要介绍了2000版ISO9000族标准的最新进展,包括其构成、分类及内容摘要。重点分析研究了3.0版TL9000电信业质量管理体系标准的内容和应用。最后对该族标准进行了综合分析,并对其未来发展作了预测。The new progress of series of ISO9000:2000 standards is given in the paper, including their composition, classification and main contents. It lays special stress on analysing the content and application of the 3.0 edition of TL9000. At last, the series of standards are analyzed comprehensively, and their development in the future is also forecasted.
