摘　　要：分析了高校网络思想政治教育工作者素质状况,提出了提升高校网络思想政治教育工作者素质的对策。This paper analyzes the quality conditions of network ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities and puts forward countermeasures for the improvement of their qualities.
