摘　　要：我国高等教育跨越式发展取得了巨大成就,同时也出现了一些矛盾,其中师资紧缺尤为突出。为了缓解这一矛盾,各高校引进了大量的新教师,如何加强新教师教育教学能力的培养是高等学校必须高度重视的问题,这不仅关系到教师教育素养和教学水平的提高,更关系到高等教育大发展时期的教育教学质量和人才培养质量,具有十分重要的意义。China has made tremendous progress in its higher education, but such problems especially as the shortage of teachers loom large. In order to ease the problem of the shortage, universities keep recruiting new teachers, whose teaching abilities?training has become a matter universities have to take seriously, for it is directly related not only to the improvement of teachers?abilities to teach, but also to the quality of higher education and the quality of its students.
