摘 要:L 苯丙氨酸 (L Phe)是医药输液制品和食品添加剂APM (健康糖 )的必需成分 ,全球每年需求量为 3万t,主要由美国孟山都公司、日本味之素公司、韩国大象公司、德国迪高萨公司等几家大公司生产 ,我国 1998年以前所需要的L Phe全部依靠进口。中国科学院成都生物研究所于 1991年成功开发了红酵母苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL) /肉桂酸技术途径生产L Phe,并于 1998年与企业合作建成了一套 10 0t/a生产装置 ,使得我国成为继美、日、德、韩之后又一个能够工业化生产这一重要氨基酸产品并自主开发这一高新技术的国家。目前 ,我国L Phe的实际产量只有 5 0 0~ 6 0 0t/a ,进口量达 70 0t/a ,因此 ,未来L Phe发展前景看好。L-Phenylalanine is a necessary component in transfusion products and foodstuff additive APM, its consumption is about 30 000t/a worldwide, and it is mainly produced by those companies such as American Monsanto Co., Japan Ajinomoto Co., Korea Daesang Co., German Degussa Co. and so on. Before 1998, L-phenylalanine demanded in China was entirely imported. In 1991 production technology for L-phenylalanine from rhodotorula phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL)/ cinnamic acid was developed by Chengdu Institute of Biology of Chinese Academy of Science, and a facility with capacity of 100t/a was built in 1998 cooperated with an enterprise. And China became a country capable of producing and developing L-phenylalanine solely next to America, Japan, German and Korea. At present, the actual annual output of L-phenylalanine in China is 500~600t/a, and import capacity is 700t/a. Therefore development of L-phenylalanine would be a well prospect in future.
