民族地区农民教育培训的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：少数民族地区农民教育事业发展水平比较低。加快民族地区农民教育事业发展的步伐,是促进农民增收的关键。必须大力实施民族地区农民教育培训工程,提高农村干部和农民的科技文化素质,为从根本上解决"三农"问题奠定基础。实行民族地区农民教育由国家垂直管理,加快农民科技教育培训体系建设,实施农民教育培训投资优先发展战略,农民教育培训工作要与市场需求、农民增收的需求相结合,继续深化中高等教育改革,培养农村需求的中高级专门人才,重视强化民族地区农民教育培训的服务意识,建立农民教育培训工作责任制。In China,farmers' educational course is under-developed in minority areas. It's a crucial point to speed up the farmers' educational development in increasing the farmers'income. Therefore the following measures should be taken:first,to initiate the project of farmers' educational training to promote the village cardres' educational level in science and cultures so that it can be the base to resolve the problem;Second ,to carry out the policy of national direct management of farmers' education in minority areas and speed up the construction of farmers' scientific and educational training system;third,to give a priority to the investment in farmers' educational training; fourth,to combine the market demand and farmers' demand of increasing income with farmers' educational training; fifth,to focus on the training of the middle-level and senior specialists in demand and intensify people's idea to serve the farmers in farmers' educational training.Finally, to establish the duty system in farmers'educational training.
