摘  要:教育原则永远主宰着技术的使用,网络多媒体技术无法动摇教师的主导作用。本文分析了课堂教学的四个要素,强调多媒体网络教学模式也要达到基本的课堂管理和教学结构的要求。教师只有把自身的理论知识和教学经验及新技术的优势相结合,控制好媒体类型、信息量及难度、任务主题、有效性及评估等课内外、教与学的每一个环节,才能设计出最佳的教学策略。The guiding role of the teacher could not be threatened by ICT for the simple reason that pedagogy always drives technology. The author analyzes the four elements in effective teaching methodology, concluding that fundamental classroom management and structuring principles should also be observed in the internet & multimedia-based English teaching mode. Only by a combination of pedagogical theories and teaching expertise with the merits of new technology, could the teacher design effective teaching strategies that take into consideration all the aspects of the classroom teaching, e. g. the types of media, the size and difficulty of information, as well as the topicality, feasibility and evaluation of the tasks.
