摘　　要：目的　建立注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾细菌内毒素检查方法。方法　按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版附录细菌内毒素检查法要求进行试验。结果　注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾的浓度为 2 .5mg·ml-1时 ,不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝胶反应。Aim To establish a method using tachypleus amebocyte lysate (TAL) for testing the bacterial endotoxin in amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection.Methods The tests were conducted according to appendix IX E of Chp 2000.Results Neither inhibition nor enhancement was found in the bacterial endotoxin test after the drug (amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection) was diluted to 2.5mg·ml -1.Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test is suitable for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection.
