摘　　要：分析目前教师的心理健康现状及其原因,说明优化教师心理素质是开展学校心理健康教育的必要前提。从建立测评机制、组织教师培训、改革课程设置、加强专家指导等方面,提出优化教师心理素质的途径。The author analyses the current situation of teachers' mental health, explains that it is the necessary premise for promoting mental health education in school to optimize teachers' mental quality, puts forward the paths to optmize teachers' mental quality from aspects of establishing eveluation mechanism, organizing teachers' training, reforming curriculum provision, enhancing experts' guidance, etc.
