摘　　要：随着高校招生制度的改革,高校毕业生的就业形式正在悄悄地发生着变化,学校与大学生的主客体关系亦随之发生着变化。面对新的形势,作为培育大学生成才的高等院校,在育人过程中,如何引导大学生树立正确的就业观,显得十分重要。本文以高等中医院校大学生为对象,以上海中医药大学为例,对其就业问题进行研究探讨。With the reform of college entrance and enrollment system, employment situation of college students has quietly changed. The relationship between the colleges and the students has also changed. Faced with the new situation, colleges and universities should pay more attention to guiding their students to set up a correct attitude towards employment. This paper takes Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine as an example to conduct some related research.
