摘　　要：学校德育工作的目标就是要把学生培养成热爱祖国、具有社会公德、文明习惯、遵纪守法的好公民。德育工作者在观念上必须与时俱进,适应时代性,把国际意识、市场经济意识、民族文化等融入学生的德育之中。要结合不同年龄段的学生实际安排德育内容,做到循序渐进。讲究德育的途径和方法的艺术性,调动学生的参与热情,实施全方位、立体的德育方式,增强德育工作的实效性。The goal of school moral education is to cultivate students into good citizens who love the country, possess social ethics and civilized manners and obey to laws and regulations. Moral educationists are supposed to adapt their concept keeping pace with the times and imbue students with international consciousness, market economic consciousness and national culture. We should arrange the content of moral education in accordance with different ages of students and do it in a step-by-step way. We should carry out moral education with appropriate methods and artistry. We should mobilize students' enthusiasm of participation and carry out comprehensive moral education so as. to enhance the actual effectiveness of it.
