制约新建本科院校发展的关键性因素

摘　　要：新建本科院校在建校初期,都面临许多困难和问题,其发展受到多方面因素的制约。而发展定位、办学理念、学科建设、师资水平、管理机制等是影响新建本科院校发展的关键性制约因素。这些问题必须引起各方面的高度重视,采取有效措施,认真加以解决。All the newly established undergraduate institutes will meet lots of difficulties and problems during their first period. And their development will be restricted by factors of all aspects. However development targets, thoughts of running school subjects construction, teaching faculty system of management protrude directly. Thus we must pay more attention to these problems and take effective measures to solve them seriously.
