溴氰菊酯对蚯蚓体重及体内纤维素酶乙酰胆碱酶活力的影响

摘　　要：　通过急性和亚急性暴露实验研究发现,不同浓度的溴氰菊酯可使蚯蚓体重降低,形态发生伤害性改变.进一步分析蚯蚓体内纤维素酶活力和乙酰胆碱酶的活力,结果显示:溴氰菊酯不同浓度、不同作用时间对蚯蚓体内的纤维素酶活力、乙酰胆碱酶活力有不同程度的抑制作用.Acute and subtle exposure toxicity test of earthworm by deltamethrin indicated that compared with the control, the weight of earthworm was decreased greatly by all the exposed dose of deltamethrin, with the harmful change of its form. The activities of cellulose and acetylcholinesterase in the earthworm were inhibited by deltamethrin, and the inhibition effect differed with the exposed dose and time.
