摘　　要：针对大学生心理健康问题日趋严重的现状 ,论述了在体育教学中渗透心理健康教育的必要性和可行性 。According to the more serious mental health problems of college students, the feasibility and the necessity of mental health education are talked about and some tentative ideas are put forward.
