摘　　要：体育本身是一种文化 ,也是一门哲学。对新一轮体育课程的改革进行文化、哲学层面的探讨 ,不仅是对新课标表达一种哲学理性的价值关怀 ,更是对人、文化与课程三者关系的深层追问 ,从而彰显新课标对三者传统关系的反思、超越和重构 。P.E.is a kind of culture,and also a philosophy,so a discussion on the new round P.E.curriculum reform from the angle of philosophy and culture, is not only to express a kind of philosophical and reasonable solicitude to the new curriculum standard but also to cross-examine the relation of human、culture and course,consequently to highlight the reconsideration, excess and rebuilding of the new standard over this traditional relationship of the three,and to expand a newest scientific and cultural thought space.
