摘  要:分析了预磷化处理对电镀锌钢板摩擦因数、可成形范围和镀层损伤特性的影响。结果表明:冲压生产前在电镀锌钢板表面附加预磷化膜将降低变形过程的摩擦因数,拓宽其可成形范围;由于表面显微硬度较低,电镀锌和预磷化电镀锌镀层比合金化镀层更易随基板变形,表面裂纹出现较晚且数量较少。The effect of prephosphated treatment on forming characteristics of electro -galvanized sheet steel are analyzed in this paper,including the coefficient of friction,forming range and damage properties.It has shown that the application of prephosphated film to electro-galvanized steel prior to their being subjected to stamping operations will reduce the coefficient of surface friction during its deformation and widen the forming range of sheet steel.Because of relatively low hardness,the coatings of electro-galvanized and prephosphated electro-galvanized steel are much easier to deform with the substrate than galvannealed steel,so that the cracks occur later and less.
