摘　　要：本文针对早期食管癌的临床诊断问题 ,提出了一个有效的计算机辅助诊断系统 ,对癌细胞图象通过一系列的图象预处理、分割等步骤 ,提取出反映细胞是否癌变的多个特征参数 ,为专家的最后判别提供准确、可靠的科学依据。本系统对医院实际病例的上百个细胞进行了实验 ,结果达到了预期的效果 ,可以作为临床诊断的辅助手段。系统的涂片制作方法简便 ,易于临床推广应用。A computer aided diagnosis system is presented,which aims at the clinical diagnosis of oesophagus cancer in the earlier period. Through a series of approaches of image pre-processing and segmentation, the characteristic parameters of whether the cell is cancerous can be withdrawed. The system has been applied for more than one hundred cases, the result is accurate and reliable. According to the cancer expert, the system can be used in clinical diagnosis.
