摘　　要：目的:观察口内入路弧形截骨手术效果。方法:采用口内入路弧形截骨方法对下颌角肥大进行手术治疗。结果:2002至2003年共手术50例,随访3～12个月,所有病例术后均取得了较好的美容效果。结论:口内入路弧形截骨手术方法设计合理、操作简便、并发症少,术后效果良好。Objective To observe the results of Intraoral curved osteotomy for hypertrophic mandibular angle. Methods Hypertrophic mandibular angle were treated with the Intraoral curved osteotomy. Results From 2002 to 2003,fifty patients who suffered from hypertrophic mandibular angle were operated in our department,and the results were satisfactory.The follow-up was 3 to 12 months. Conclusion This procedure was a very simple and reasonable method with less complication and more satisfactory results for the treatment of hypertrophic mandibular angle.
