摘　　要：介绍真空电子器件和固态器件组合的新型电子器件—微波功率模块 （Ｍ ＰＭ ），以及将微电子工艺应 用 于传 统真 空 电子 器件 而 出现 的真 空 微电 子器 件 ，这 两种 器 件将 对下 一 代武 器系 统 有重 要 的影 响。A new microwave power module(MPM)is described in this paper,which is com - bined with vacuum device technology and a solid-state amplifier using MMIC technology.Vacuum microelectronic device is also introduced,which is the result of microelectronic technology has been applied to the traditional vacuum device.Both of these two types of new device will impact on next generation weapon system.
