摘　　要：双层规划模型是描述具有层次特性管理决策系统的有效方法.本文讨论了一类有广泛代表性的非线性双层规划模型,给出了该类模型最优解的条件.The bilevel programming models can efficiently describe the managemental decision system with multilevel. In this paper, a class of bilevel programming models, which have extensive representativeness, is discussed. Optimality conditions of the bilevel programming models are given.
