摘　　要：通过广大中小学教师对新课程的认同分析,提出搞好新课程师资培训的三项对 策:充分认识新课程改革的重要性;完善培训机制,加强培训过程管理;研究和开发培训资源。Through the analysis of the recognition of the multitude of teachers in middle and primary schools, 3 countermeasures for teacher-training in the new course are put forward to better it: Know the importance of new course reform fully; Perfect training mechanism; Consolidate course management; Study and develop training resources.
