摘 要:为研究香菇多糖对力竭后小鼠肝组织的影响,通过建立灌服香菇多糖的小鼠力竭游泳实验模型,采用试剂盒法测定了小鼠安静时肝糖元及安静与力竭后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、血浆谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性。结果显示:肝糖元,安静对照组(RC)(36 93±9 81)mg g,安静服药组(RM)(73 44±21 71)mg g,RM组明显升高(P<0 001);高强度游泳时间,运动对照组(EC)(42 52±7 82)min,运动服药组(EM)(49 90±5 31)min,EM组明显延长(P<0 05);GSH PX,RC组(60 25±5 31)U mg,RM组(68 37±7 92)U mg,RM组明显升高(P<0 05)。EC组(56 77±7 30)U mg,EM组(63 28±4 23)U mg,EM组明显升高(P<0 05);MDA水平,RC组(5 76±0 87)mmol L,RM组(4 59±0 57)mmol L,RM组明显降低(P<0 05)。EC组(14 1±1 28)mmol L,EM组(12 53±4 93)mmol L,EM组明显降低(P<0 01);GPT活性,RC组(6 14±1 21)U L,RM组(6 25±1 02)U L,差异不显著(P>0 05)。EC组(12 53±4 93)U L,EM组(7 42±2 90)U L,EM组明显降低(P<0 05)。表明香菇多糖具有明显的抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗损伤功效,可减轻大强度运动后自由基造成的损伤。In order to study the effect of lentinan on liver tissues of exhausted mice, an experimental model of exhausting swimming of mice poured lentinan had been established. The method of reagent box was used to measure liver glycogen (LG) at rest, liver MDA, activities of GSH-PX and serum GPT at rest and after exhausting exercise. The results showed that Liver glycogen in resting contrast (RC)group was (36.93±9.81) mg/g, while in resting medicine(RM)group (73.44±21.71) mg/g. Liver glycogen in RM group increased significantly (P<0.001). The time of high intensity swimming in EC group was (45.52±7.82) min., while in EM group (49.90±5.31) min. The time of high intensity swimming in EM group prolonged obviously(P<0.05). Activity of GSH-PX in RC group was (60.25±(5.31) U/mg), while in RM group (68.37±7.92) U/mg. Activity of GSH-PX in RM group increased obviously (P<0.05). Activity of GSH-PX in EC group was (56.77±7.30) U/mg, while in EM group (63.28±(4.23) U/mg.) Activity of GSH-PX in EM group increased obviously (P<0.05). Level of MDA in RC group was (5.76±0.87) mmol/L, while in RM group (4.59±0.57) mmol/L. Level of MDA in RM group lowered obviously(P<0.05). Level of MDA in EC group was (14.11±1.28) mmol/L , while in EM group (12.53±4.93) mmol/L. Level of MDA in EM group lowered obviously(P<0.01). Activity of GPT in RC group was (6.14±1.21) U/L, while in RM group (6.25±1.02) U/L, however there was no significantly difference between them (P>0.05). Activity of GPT in EC group was (12.53±(4.93) U/L), while EM group was (7.42±2.90) U/L. Activity of GPT in EM group lowered obviously ((P<)0.05). The results showed that lentinan had the obvious effects on anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation and anti-injury, and it could reduce the damage of free radicals after high intensity exhausting exercise.
