摘　　要：本文从词汇方面的创造性翻译论述了“同义手段说”在汉诗英译中的应用。因为词在语言体系中的基础性地位 ,词与“同义手段说”七大范畴的紧密联系 ,词所射出的“对象、自我、语境、视点、文化”等因素对同义手段选择的制约 ,汉诗英译中词汇的翻译方法尤能体现出翻译的创造性 ,而这种创造性最能体现出中国古典诗歌的神韵。From the aspect of creative translation of vocabulary, this essay expounds the application of the theory of'synonymous device' in translating Chinese classic poetry into English. Owing to the status of vocabulary in linguistic system, the tight relationship between vocabulary and the 7 aspects of 'synonymous device', and the function of non-linguistic factors on the choice of synonymous devices reflected by vocabulary, the creativity in translation of the vocabulary is mostly revealed. This creativity involves rendering the romantic charm of Chinese classic poetry into English.
