摘　　要：简要地介绍了我国目前在住院医师规范化培训制度中面临的困难和存在的问题,并对此提出积极的建议:要逐步解决这些问题,必须有国家的政策指导、规范的培训基地、权威机构的认可、政府财力的支持、培训质量的监控等各方面的配套,才能切实不断地推进住院医师培训制度的改革。In this paper the authors briefly describe the existing problems in the resident training program,and propose that how to settle all the problems steadily.It is various kinds of solutions as well as concerns that should be emphasis on the training programs.To do further innovations to the current resident training system,we need the governmentally political directions,standard training base,and the authoritative accreditations,governmentally financial supports and the establishment of quality control systems.
