摘　　要：步行与自行车出行方式是城市居民出行的重要组成部分。本文引入了自由出行、自由出行社区、步行带、骑行区四个概念 ,对广州南沙地区综合交通规划进行了总结 ,并在此基础上提出了解决现代城市交通环境恶化问题的方法———建立自由出行社区。Pedestrian and bicycle are important part of residents.Inthis article four new concepts include free mode free district pedestrian belt and ride region are defined.Base on the analysis of NanShan GuangZhou integrative traffic plan ,a method of solving traffic enviroment and traffic congest in today motolized cities ,the method is erecting free district.
